Qigong is a way of connecting with the life force of all of existence that is everywhere all the time. We just never learned how to access and to direct it into our own bodies for our own health and life condition. In addition, it stabilises the mind and the emotions and brings a well-being and integration to the entire body/mind and life. Sahaja received her accreditation at the Chi Center in New Mexico in 2016 and has been teaching Zhineng Qigong ever since. She furthered her training over two extensive trips to China in 2018 and 2019. Zhineng Qigong is considered to be one of the most powerful healing styles of qigong globally. It was founded by an eastern and western trained medical doctor who began the first medicine-less hospital in China where many people went for healing when nothing else could be done. All the exercises/practices can be modified to suit any physical condition, and it is not required that you be in “perfect health” to begin. The next 4-week course will be 4 Wednesdays 10-11:30pm and we will be learning a few practices to awakening the yang qi (vital force) in the body. Think of yang as the sun and yin as the moon. The winter is naturally a yin-time of year and we can balance this inward, gathering energy with some inner sunshine. Entire course for $75 or casual $20/session.
